Service and provider
STRICS Invoice is an invoicing workspace provided by STRICS IT GmbH. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your Google or Apple account secure and for activity performed through your STRICS Invoice account. Information supplied during setup must be accurate and kept current.
Your records and documents
You retain responsibility for customer information, invoice content, tax treatment, payment details, and other records you enter. You grant us permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Connected AI clients
If you enable the ChatGPT and Codex connector, you choose which compatible third-party client may access the workspace and which actions it may use. You are responsible for prompts and actions you approve through that client. Issuing remains a permanent action and requires explicit confirmation. You can pause all connector access or revoke an individual client in Settings at any time. The third-party client is also governed by your agreement with its provider.
Tax and legal responsibility
STRICS Invoice provides technical tools, not accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for checking that your documents, numbering, VAT treatment, retention, and business practices meet the rules that apply to you. Consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.
Free plan and STRICS Invoice PRO
The free plan includes creation of up to 10 invoices. Estimates do not count toward that limit. STRICS Invoice PRO unlocks unlimited invoice creation and AI-assisted customer lookup while the subscription is active. Existing documents remain available if a subscription ends.
PRO is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Stripe on the web or through Apple in the STRICS Invoice iPhone app. The price, billing period, and any trial or offer are shown before purchase. Your billing provider charges your selected payment method and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it through the provider's billing-management screen. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refund requests for purchases made through Apple. Stripe processes web payments; questions about a web cancellation or refund can be sent to david@strics.at.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, infringe rights, or create fraudulent documents;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service or its security;
- upload malicious code or content you are not entitled to process; or
- resell or copy the service without our written permission.
Availability and changes
We work to keep STRICS Invoice reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may update, add, or remove features to maintain the service, meet legal requirements, or improve security. Material changes to these terms will be communicated in a reasonable way.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, illegal use, unpaid fees, or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, STRICS IT GmbH is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by incorrect data entered by you. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Austrian law applies, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to consumers.
